Who can use it

Access is by Google sign-in against an allowlist of individual addresses and domains. There is no public access and no self-service sign-up. If your address is not on the list, signing in tells you so and nothing else.

What we store about you

• Your email address, in a signed session cookie in your browser. No account record is created and no session is stored on a server.
• Your email address against every review verdict and note you save, and against every CSV export you run, so that feedback is attributable and bulk access is auditable.

We do not store your Google profile, do not use analytics, and do not share any of this with third parties.

Personal data about organisations

The database records organisations, and some records name individuals — an executive director, a general contact address — taken from material those organisations publish themselves. Some of these organisations operate where being named carries risk, so the tool is access-controlled, exports exclude personal columns unless explicitly requested, and every export is logged. We do not scrape LinkedIn, do not bypass bot protection, and honour requests to remove a name.

Removal and questions

To have a record or a name removed, or to ask how a value was produced, contact the person who gave you access to this tool. Every value in it carries the page it came from, so we can always show our working.
